With thousands of work-related conferences, masterclasses, webinars and courses available, the real differentiator is direct access to a professional who can answer your questions in real time.
We believe meaningful learning happens in conversation. That’s why we host small-group seminars where professionals tackle your specific questions and share actionable tips you can use immediately.

In Barcelona, we are hosting a seminar series featuring local experts from the public sector, and the private industry. And we welcome participants who represent a wide range of disciplines and organizations directly related to the world of work.
February 2027 — 15, 16, 17, 18 — Topic: Work
September 2027 — 13, 14, 15, 16 — Topic: Workers
November 2027 — 15, 16, 17, 18 — Topic: Careers and tech
What to expect from a one-day session:
Local speakers present in Spanish, without translators, sharing their own organizations’ experience and answering the group’s questions in order, one by one.
Online participants have access to real-time automatic subtitle translation (35 languages). In-person participants must understand Spanish, or else follow the session connected to Zoom from their own computer with translated subtitles enabled.
In-person participants ask questions aloud using a microphone, so that online participants receive the translation into their language on their device. When online participants ask questions, they do so in writing via chat; the speaker reads the question aloud, answers it, and online participants read the translation of the answer on their device.
At the end of the session, participants will receive a certificate.

To get the most out of it:
-Come ready to participate actively — these are hands-on, discussion-based sessions
-Bring questions or challenges from your own professional experience
-Stay open to group discussion and peer exchange with other participants
